At Whiskers Hope Rescue, our mission is to connect with the community to promote responsible pet ownership and advocate for the spaying, neutering, and trap-neuter-return (TNR) of stray and feral cats in order to improve their welfare and reduce overpopulation in our rescue industry."

Fosters are the lifeline of rescue.  When we have homes available that can love and care for our cats and kittens, we can help more that need it.  Our foster application is here.
